• Use Clonex rooting gel and always take cuttings with a sterile scalpel blade for clean cuts at a 45° angle.
• In winter, place on a heat mat (ideal bottom heat 19–24°C for most plants, or 30°C+ for hot chillies).
• Keep vents closed for the first week and avoid foliar spraying to prevent damping off.
