When will my order be delivered?
We ship New Zealand wide. If we receive your order before 1pm on a business day, we will do our best to dispatch it the same day. Delivery of your order depends on your location. For North Island urban delivery, expect you order within 1-2 working days. For North Island rural, expect delivery in 2-3 working days. For South Island urban, expect your order in 2-3 business days, and for South Island rural, your order should arrive in 3-5 working days.
Do I have to be home to receive my order?
For most orders, we authorise the courier to leave the package in a secure location at the delivery address. If the order is of high value, we will instruct the courier to get a signature to ensure it is going to the right person. If you prefer to have a signature, please let us know in the delivery instructions section at checkout.
How are your orders packed?
All of the orders we dispatch are either in plain packaging or wrapped in black plastic. We do this to minimise the risk of theft after your order has been delivered.
What can I do if my order (or part of it) is damaged or faulty?
We work hard to ensure your order is secure in packaging. If you receive an order that is damaged, please take photos of the damage and notify us immediately. We will handle the claim with the courier and provide you with a replacement as soon as possible.
If you have a warranty claim, please notify us immediately either through phone or email. Kindly include your order number, photos of the fault (if applicable) and a description of the fault. Once we verify that the fault is covered by warranty, we will dispatch a replacement to you at no cost. Please note, we may ask you send the faulty product back to us at your cost so that we can verify the fault and claim our warranty.
